A Little Nonsense Now And Then, Relished By The Wisest Men (and Pam, Who Makes Me Laugh, Too).

What do you do when spit guards and wireless mics arrive to the University wrapped in yards and yards of brown paper? Well, you instantly realize there's a fashion show to be held and you quickly entertain all the staff in the Graduate School of Education and Allie Professions.

What's funnier is that Pam and I jumped into the bonanza without looking at one another (twins, separated at birth with her six years older). Faculty who were in their rooms came out to wonder what the rustling was and they see the two of us draped in paper scarves posing for Janine's camera.

And that was my day yesterday. Actually, much was accomplished, including class. Yes, we finally had classes on a Tuesday night! Also, got to talk with Kwame Alexander a bit (it's not just cloud 9, the guy is on cloud 9.999999999999999999999). Much deserved.

But today, it's time to have a CWP-Fairfield focused day and to get my head around all these cool digital toys that need to be delivered to the LRNG Innovation Grant Awardees in Connecticut (#LRNG).

But first, the gym to kick off my day!
